Lee Harris

Mr. Harris has more than 25 years of architectural experience as a designer and project manager for residential, institutional and health facilities projects. 

At Munoz Engineering, PC, Mr. Harris was project manager for a facilities management team of the New York City Economic Development Corporation. Properties included the Hunts Point Produce Market, Le Marqueta Market, the Brooklyn Terminal market, the East New York Industrial Complex, Glemore Avenue Industrial Building and the New York City Police Department Special Operations Division at Floyd Bennett Field.

Mr. Harris was also employed by Bond Ryder and Associates as manager for various institutional, commercial and educational projects including—

• The Towers on the Park, a 600-unit high rise condominium complex in Manhattan at 110th Street and Central Park West

• The Permanent Mission of India to the United Nations, a 27-story office and residential structure in Manhattan at 43rd Street and Fifth Avenue

• The Equitable Corporate Campus in Milford, Connecticut, an office complex of eight four-story buildings arranged in a corporate park

• A master plan for the Audubon Biotechnology Research Park at 165th Street and Broadway in Manhattan

• The Natural Science Building at the State University of New York at Old Westbury

• The Union Baptist Church renovation in Manhattan

Mr. Harris worked for Arthur L. Spaet and Associates as a project manager for projects including—

• Renovations to the United Airlines Vehicle Maintenance Facility at JFK Airport 

• ICU/CCU Renovation at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Manhattan 

• Renovation of historic Building A at the Brooklyn Army Terminal.

At Roberta Washington Architects, PC, Mr. Harris was the project manager for a 53-unit residential facility for people with AIDS.
